Formerly the Erase & Rewind No. 23, the Even While They Teach, Men Learn is yet another New England Style IPA. What distinguishes this one is the strength of the hop profile. Yes, you get those guava and mango notes from some unnamed hops (Evil Twin is not telling.), however you also get a solid bitterness with herbal pine notes. Before you get to the taste though, you have to make it past the tropical fruit notes from the double dry-hopping! We hope you’re not done with juicy IPAs yet. We aren’t.
