We love Starr Hill. We especially love their variety packs. They're always tasty and interesting.
This variety pack is the 2019 release of their Box of Chocolates — a shrine to their Double Bass Double Chocolate Stout. This year's box is made up entirely of variations of the Double Bass. Just in case you're keeping score, that's an Imperial milk stout made of 2-Row, Chocolate, Caramel and Crystal malts with Golden Oats and Flaked Barley bittered with Apollo and East Kent Goldings hops and flavored with cocoa powder, cocoa nibs, and vanilla beans. We know! Yummy, right? How could that beer get better?
