The Citra hop may be the most brewed hop for IPAs. At least, once you start reading hop contents, it certainly feels like it.

Its citrus notes fold just as easily into West Coast IPAs as into New England Style IPAs. It’s great among other hops and strong enough to manage a beer all on its own.
