Just the other day, we were talking about how Richmond is both geographically right next door but can feel either close by or far away depending on your mood (and on your ability to stay awake driving that I-64 E. green corridor). Well, for this week’s beer tasting, we take such considerations off the table by bringing Richmond beers to you.

With over 35 craft breweries, Richmond has a hopping (no pun intended) and growlingly notable beer scene. Seriously. Paste Magazine recently called the commonwealth’s captial “one of the best pure beer cities in the East.” Well, shoot!
