Wednesday Night Whites

Domaine Michel Fonné sits in Alsace’s Kaysersberg Valley in a wine route that stretches from Alsatian vineyards into the Vosges mountains.

The Fonné family has been independent winemakers since 1747. Today, it’s Michel and his three daughters Déborah, Sarah and Salomé. Déborah is the vineyard manager, overseeing their certified organic vineyards. Sarah is a trained oenologist like her father. Salomé is studying business to help keep the whole operation afloat.
