Vino and Vindaloo?

Pairing wines with Indian food can be a head scratcher. Many people believe that wine just doesn’t work with the Indian fare that they love. (Our beer buyer once got into a fight with the owner of a Downtown Indian restaurant over which was better to pair with their food — beer or wine. They never saw eye-to-eye and never made up.)

The truth is that the right wines can work with dishes from paleks to masalas to vindaloos. As always, we’re here to steer you in the right direction.
